TRACK TWO: Business Outcomes

The game has changed for the field of HR. You’ve long since had a seat at the table. During and post COVID-19 you are now leading, and at times from the front of the room. Leaders solve problems. Solutions garner results. The right results, drive business outcomes to new levels.  

Over the course of six (6) weeks, this group coaching track will tackle 3 topics:

  1. Conflict Management in a Virtual Environment (1 program, 1 ½ hour in length )

  2. Replacement (v. Succession) Planning (1 program, 1 ½ hour in length)

  3. Managing Up/Across to a Changing C-Suite (1 program, 1 ½ hour in length)


Sign up for 1, or all 3 programs. Attendees for each program are limited to 10 individuals. Therefore, RSVPs will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Those unable to attend due to space limitations will be placed on a waiting list for the next cohort. You’ll receive a personal email communicating your status and other details.
